The times when there is so much criticism of every body be it a politician, sportsperson, celebrity, teacher, saints, baba etc. There was one man of our times who was equally respected by whole nation. Yes A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, the honorable ex President of India, a visionary, scientist and a teacher who served the nation and has given so much that saying thanks millions of times is also not just enough. Its sad that he left us yesterday for his journey to other world. Whole nation is paying home to the respected Mr Kalam.
Born in Tamilnadu, he studied physics and aerospace engineering. Born in poor family he used to sell news papers to support the family. Upon completion of studies, his initial day were a struggle but once he joined DRDO he never looked back. Working as a scientist for DRDO he was the man behind many success missiles launch by India. His another significant contribution to India was the Pokharan nuclear test. The whole test was under his guidance and planning was done by him so that test is done successfully without being tracked by US satellites. Himself a follower of Gandhian principles of peace, Kalam felt the needs of making India a nuclear power to prevent and protect from any kind of attacks.
